「金九」期間內地多地出台樓市調控政策 專家料第四季度調控城市增加
據《中國證券報》報道,今年三季度以來,全國有12個地區發布了17項租賃相關的政策,以規範和培育租賃市場,政策包括:加快發展住房租賃市場,採取多種方式籌集租賃住房房源,滿足多層次住房需求。部份地區將成立國有住房租賃公司,採取集中建設方式,增加租賃住房有效供給。
58安居客房產研究院分院院長張波預計,四季度樓市出台調控的城市將進一步增多,熱點城市漸進式調控收緊步伐將持續,調控的節奏會更傾向於「補漏洞」和保障無房戶的購房需求,房價整體上不會出現大幅波動。(ta/w)
