中交地產(000736.SZ)子公司擬出資3.93億元共同設立項目公司 持股比例50.99%
格隆匯9月28日丨中交地產(000736.SZ)公佈,公司全資子公司深圳中交房地產有限公司(以下簡稱“深圳中交”)聯合福建中聯盛房地產開發有限公司、中晟(深圳)諮詢管理合夥企業(有限合夥)於2020年8月共同競得廈門市翔安區2020XP09地塊,該地塊成交總價為38.5億元,土地用途為居住、商業等,佔地面積5.52萬平米,建築面積約為16.87萬平米,深圳中交在聯合體中權益比例為50.99%。
現經各方友好協商,深圳中交與福建中聯盛房地產開發有限公司、中晟(深圳)諮詢管理合夥企業(有限合夥)共同出資設立廈門中泓房地產有限公司(以下簡稱“項目公司”)作為此項目的業務開展平台,項目公司註冊資本7.7億元,其中深圳中交出資3.93億元,持股比例50.99%。
