固德威(688390.SH)擬變更註冊資本、公司類型及經營範圍
格隆匯 9 月 24日丨固德威(688390.SH)公佈，公司於2020年9月24日召開第二屆董事會第十一次會議，審議通過了《關於公司變更註冊資本、公司類型、經營範圍及修改﹤公司章程﹥並辦理工商變更登記的議案》。
經中國證券監督管理委員會《關於同意江蘇固德威電源科技股份有限公司首次公開發行股票註冊的批覆》(證監許可[2020]1656號)，公司獲准向社會公開發行人民幣普通股2200.00萬股。經天衡會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)審驗，此次發行後，公司註冊資本由人民幣6600.00萬元變更為人民幣8800.00萬元。公司股票已於2020年9月4日在上海證券交易所科創板正式掛牌上市，公司類型由“股份有限公司(非上市)”變更為“股份有限公司(上市)”。
公司擬變更經營範圍。現公司經營範圍為：研發、生產、銷售：風能、光伏逆變器系統；軟件研發、光伏系統的集成和安裝；智能家居、智能電網等電子產品、低壓成套開關設備、充電樁；銷售：電子電路元件、金屬製品、半導體照明器件、顯示器件、包裝材料、絕緣製品、塑料製品、變壓器、整流器和電感器、其他輸配電及控制設備、光伏設備元器件；自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務(國家限定企業經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
