銅陵有色(000630.SZ)與阿里雲等公司簽署框架合作協議 推進公司在智能製造等方面的數字化轉型
格隆匯 9 月 18日丨銅陵有色(000630.SZ)公佈，2020年9月17日，公司與安徽銅冠智能科技有限責任公司(“銅冠智能”)、阿里雲計算有限公司(“阿里雲”)、安徽長江工業大數據科技股份公司(“長江工業大數據”)四方正式簽訂了《框架合作協議》，擬以共同推進銅陵有色在智能製造、數據工廠、產品溯源、供應鏈金融等方面的數字化轉型為目標開展具體合作。合作項目規劃如下：
1.有色數字工廠建設：四方共同成立項目聯合團隊，利用AIoT技術在數字工廠、智慧園區等領域應用，業務場景中基於AIoT平台提供的能力和工具，可實現設備接入管理、應用開發、數據分析、可視化呈現及數字孿生等，實現工廠的物理數據的全面打通和聯動，提升企業運營管理能力。
2.有色工業大腦建設：四方共同成立項目聯合團隊，以阿里雲工業大腦平台為基礎進行生產工藝數據分析，全面建立銅陵有色產線參數推薦模型與控制能力，實現產線的能耗優化、產品降本提質、產線自動化控制領域的深度數據價值挖掘，提高系統運行效率及穩定性，同時提高中控人員的工作效率。
3.區塊鏈技術的應用：成立項目聯合團隊，利用區塊鏈技術在溯源、領域的應用，實現產品在生產、加工、運輸、流通、銷售等環節的全面追溯；項目施工管理的透明化；利用區塊鏈技術在供應鏈金融領域的應用，解決產業鏈上下游的授信融資困境，提升產業鏈的運營效率和整體競爭力，激活產業鏈條運轉。
4.有色行業智能製造能力中心：四方探討聯合搭建有色金屬行業智能製造能力中心，整合各方優勢資源和能力，共同組建、培育人才團隊，研究建設互聯網+行業應用、有色金屬供應鏈等領域的公共服務平台，將能力中心打造成為具有有色金屬行業影響力的智能製造服務產業。
該框架協議簽署的宗旨和原則是自願平等、開放公平、優勢互補、互利共贏，目標是推進銅陵有色在智能製造、數據工廠、產品溯源、供應鏈金融等方面的數字化轉型，幫助銅陵有色數字化轉型升級，建設銅陵有色數據平台，深度挖掘數據價值，實現平台級的應用和數據洞察能力。
