新維國際控股(08086.HK)料年度除税後虧損大幅增加不少於70%
格隆匯 9 月 17日丨新維國際控股(08086.HK)公佈,預期集團截止2020年6月30日止年度將錄得除税後虧損較同期約9074萬港元大幅增加不少於70%。
有關除税後虧損增加主要歸因於增加有關集團知識產權授權及國際知識產權開發、媒體綜合營銷以及分銷代理及買賣運動及相關用品業務("知識產權授權業務")的商譽減值虧損撥備約3180萬港元;及減少撥回訴訟及法律費用撥備約1050萬港元及撇迴應付或然代價撥備約2580萬港元,兩者均入賬列為集團截至2019年6月30日止年度的一次性其他收入及收益。
董事會認為,收入減少及除税後虧損增加主要由於新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)疫情對集團業務營運造成的不利影響(包括對集團知識產權授權業務造成的營運及財務影響),以及上述一次性其他收入及收益減少所致。
