福祿控股(02101.HK)公開發售獲約1258.51倍超額認購 預計9月18日上市
格隆匯 9 月 17日丨福祿控股(02101.HK)發佈公告，公司全球發售1億股股份，其中香港發售股份5000萬股，國際發售股份5000萬股，另有15%超額配股權；發售價釐定為每股發售股份8.90港元，每手買賣單位500股；預期股份將於2020年9月18日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
根據香港公開發售初步提呈發售的發售股份已獲非常大幅超額認購。合共接獲388,838份有效申請，認購合共約125.85億股香港發售股份，相當於根據香港公開發售初步可供認購的香港發售股份總數約1,258.51倍。根據國際發售初步提呈發售的發售股份已獲大幅超額認購約13.73倍。
按發售價每股發售股份8.90港元計算及根據與基石投資者訂立的基石投資協議，CICFH Entertainment Opportunity SPC－Dragonstone Dynamic Trend Fund SP、Successful Lotus Limited 、光谷產業投資、武漢百捷集團百度推廣服務有限公司及Perfect World Interactive Entertainment Co., Ltd各自已分別認購696.6萬股、522.45萬股、378萬股、261.2萬股及87.05萬股發售股份，總計1945.3萬股發售股份，合共佔緊隨全球發售完成後公司已發行股本的約4.86%及全球發售項下的發售股份數目的約19.45%，在兩種情況下均假設超額配股權未獲行使。
按發售價每股發售股份8.90港元計算，公司自全球發售收取的所得款項淨額估計為約8.266億港元。其中，所得款項淨額約30%將用於為更多虛擬商品提供商促成虛擬商品交易及增加集團所促成虛擬商品交易的種類；約20%將用於增加集團的虛擬商品消費場景合作伙伴的數目；約20%將用於開發集團的增值服務，如會員管理及互動廣告服務、企業客户虛擬僱員福利服務、遊戲代練及夥伴服務以及專業遊戲賬户出租服務；約20%將用於潛在收購對集團業務構成補充的業務及資產，包括遊戲相關行業公司；及約10%將用於撥付營運資金以及其他一般企業用途。
