格隆匯9月16日丨周黑鴨(1458.HK)今早跳空高開6.14%報8.3港元,盤前成交62萬港元,最新總市值198億港元。聯交所最新權益披露資料顯示,2020年9月14日,周黑鴨獲股東唐建芳在場內以每股均價7.859港元增持188.1萬股,涉資約1478.3萬港元。增持後,其最新持股比例由61.97%上升至62.05%。周黑鴨稱將繼續深化“直營+特許經營”商業模式,克服不利經營環境所帶來的短期影響並把握髮展機遇,高效執行各項發展戰略,以支持未來更長遠更堅實的發展。
