*ST北能(000803.SZ)攜合作方擬共同收購新城熱力93%股權
格隆匯9月14日丨*ST北能(000803.SZ)披露重大資產購買預案,公司及合作方擬共同收購交易對方潤華國泰、昊天泰瑞、北京泰欣、北京景瑞興合計所持新城熱力93%股權,其中合作方擬收購新城熱力的股權比例不超過25%,即公司擬收購新城熱力68%-93%股權(作價暫定4.63-6.33億元)。
公司表示,該次交易完成後,公司將通過新城熱力拓展城市集中供暖業務,形成以能源為導向的民生環境服務業務佈局。此外,通過該次重組,能夠引入盈利能力較強、發展前景較好的優質標的,改善公司的盈利能力。
