陈唱国际(00693.HK)售联营逾44%股权 料录收益4,116万元
陈唱国际(00693.HK)公布,於9月8日旗下附属及其他卖方向韩国产业银行出售联营公司TIFA共80.65%股权,总代价为4,527.97亿印尼盾(约2.38亿港元),当中附属占售TIFA 44.48%股权,涉代价2,497.43亿印尼盾(约1.31亿港元)。
TIFA为一家多重融资公司,在印尼提供租赁、消费融资及保理融资服务。完成後,TIFA 不再为集团联营公司。出售事项令集团录得收益782亿印尼盾(相当於约4,115.9万港元)。
