飛利信(300287.SZ)：精圖的KingMap、總部的智慧會議系統已完成與華為的適配
格隆匯 9 月 8日丨飛利信(300287.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年8月15日披露了《2020年半年度報告》，公司2020年半年度實現營業總收入53762.77萬元，同比下降30.82%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-6588.69萬元，同比下降239.70%。公司交易價格連續兩個交易日(2020年9月7日、2020年9月8日)收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計超過30%，公司股價大幅上升與基本面有偏離，公司提醒廣大投資者注意投資風險。
截至公告日，控股股東持有的部分公司股份仍處於司法凍結狀態，累計被凍結股份338,961,590股，佔其所持公司股份比例99.92%。目前未對公司生產經營產生直接影響。目前公司管理團隊穩定，經營正常。但若控股股東所持股份司法判決處置時，則可能導致公司實際控制權發生變更，存在不穩定的風險，公司會根據進度發佈相應進展公告。
