《大行報告》瑞銀下調電能(00006.HK)目標價至42元 評級「中性」
瑞銀發表報告表示,香港公用股之回報差異將是未來五年的重點,而電能實業(00006.HK)受監管的海外資產比重大(約佔盈利達70%)則是股價阻力,更認為未來催化劑有限,而且監管不斷有所轉變。
不過該行補充,對電能前景不太負面,維持其「中性」評級,主因股價今年至今跑輸大市及股息收益率達6%帶來支持,相信公司可維持現有每股派息。該行下調其2021至2022年盈利預測8%,以反映近期英國及澳洲監管政策的改變,目標價由54元降至42元。
