近日，力高集團(01622.HK)公佈了截至2020年6月30日止中期業績。力高憑藉高效的營運能力，穩健的財務策略，總營業額增長345.9%至人民幣67.03億元，淨利潤實現同比增長超9成，實現里程碑式的跨越增長。半年報顯示，截止至今年上半年，力高集團實現合約銷售約為人民幣130.18億元，同比增長19.3%，刷新同期歷史新高。具體業績如何將以一張圖為您展示。
疫情之下穩健發展
根據財報，上半年，力高集團總營業額約為67.03億元，較2019年同期約15.03億元增加約52.00億元，增長345.9%。據瞭解，營收大增的主要原因是期間內集團已交付的建築面積增加，亦由於報告期內已交付物業的已確認平均售價增加所致。
期內，力高集團實現毛利潤人民幣14.01億元，同比增長123.0%；淨利潤為人民幣7.37億元，同比增長95.7%；所有者應占淨利潤為人民幣4.45億元，同比增長56.9%；基本每股收益人民幣12.53分，同比增長56.8%。
在營業收入和利潤“雙增”的背後，離不開力高保持戰略定力，聚焦產品品質及服務，不斷提升核心競爭力，其打造的新東方健康建築得到市場廣泛好評。此外也與力高集團因時制宜的銷售打法以及管理團隊對市場環境前瞻且精準的判斷有着密切聯繫。
降低融資成本，優化債務結構
營收與淨利雙增的同時，力高集團一如既往保持穩健的財務管理。截止至2020年6月30日，公司總資產為人民幣709.80億元，同比增長54.1%；現金及現金等價物及受限制現金為人民幣143.81億元，現金儲備較為充沛。值得一提的是，上半年公司平均融資成本較2019年下降0.55個百分點，淨資產負債率較去年同期下降14.3個百分點至37.1%，財務狀況進一步優化。
