深交所解密誰在炒作9天翻三倍的天山生物：中小投資者為核心主力

9月3日，天山生物股價尾盤放量封板，至此連拉9個漲停，其中包括6個20%幅度的漲停板，由5.83元漲至23.16元，累計漲幅高達297.26%，換手率192.79%，成為創業板實施交易新規以來最“妖”個股。
對此，深交所9月3日晚間表示，將“天山生物”列入重點監控股票，嚴密監控交易情況，對異常交易及時採取自律監管措施，強化交易行為核查，發現市場操縱等違法違規線索，將第一時間上報證監會查處。
據深交所相關負責人稱，8月19日以來的9個交易日，該股交易炒作跡象十分明顯，短線資金接力炒作，大量投資者盲目跟風，機構投資者參與度低。
一是買入以個人投資者為主，買入金額佔比97%。
二是持股市值小於300萬元的中小投資者為核心主力，買入金額佔比近七成。
三是機構投資者整體參與度低，買入金額佔比僅3%。
四是從買入居前賬户交易習慣來看，平均持股時間短，短線交易特徵明顯。
五是漲停板買入封單較為分散，中小投資者為主要力量。
深交所網站交易公開數據顯示，天山生物在8月24日至9月3日漲幅嚴重異常期間獲自然人買入40.26億元，佔比97.01％；機構投資者買入僅佔比2.99％。
26日盤後，深交所向連續大漲的天山生物發出關注函。次日晚間，天山生物發佈公告稱，因“股價嚴重異常波動”，公司股票自8月28日開市起停牌核查。
9月2日晚間，天山生物發佈公告稱，公司2019年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-6079萬元，2020年1-6月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-764.8萬元，雖然同比減虧58.91%，但公司基本面尚未發生重大變化，目前股價缺乏業績支撐。
天山生物公告還稱，其全資子公司通遼天山牧業從事肉牛育肥業務，截至目前存欄量596頭，且尚未出欄，經營時間較短，未對公司收入和利潤產生貢獻，公司近期經營情況及內外部經營環境未發生重大變化。此外，公司因涉嫌信息披露違法違規，正處於中國證監會立案調查階段。
鑑於近期公司股價累計漲幅較大、換手率高，天山生物特別提醒廣大投資者理性投資，注意二級市場交易風險。但是，9月2日該股復牌後，股價再度漲停。
9月3日，天山生物股價尾盤放量漲停的背後，已顯露遊資出逃蹤跡。當日，該股成交額高達14億元，是前5個交易日日均成交額的數倍。
龍虎榜上，中信證券上海分公司淨賣出3900萬元，華泰證券股份有限公司天津東麗開發區二緯路證券營業部淨賣出2427萬元，國盛證券有限責任公司寧波桑田路證券營業部淨賣出2128萬元。淨買入額最大的是華泰證券廣州天河城證券營業部，淨買入2186萬元。
深交所表示，目前，“天山生物”市盈率顯著高於同行業平均水平，股價上漲缺乏業績支撐，已嚴重脱離公司基本面，一旦股價回落，高位接盤的中小投資者將遭受不必要的損失。投資者應增強風險意識，理性合規參與交易，切忌盲目跟風炒作，避免僥倖投機心理。
深交所表示，下一步，深交所將深入貫徹“建制度、不干預、零容忍”九字方針，認真落實“四個敬畏、一個合力”工作要求，持續做好交易監管工作，積極防範市場風險，堅決打擊惡意擾亂市場秩序的違法違規行為，切實維護市場交易秩序，充分保護投資者合法權益。
