達實智能(002421.SZ)：簽訂3238萬元前海桂灣公園智能化項目合同
格隆匯 8 月 25日丨達實智能(002421.SZ)公佈，公司近日與深圳市前海開發投資控股有限公司(“前海控股”)簽訂了前海桂灣公園智能化項目合同，合同訂立地點為深圳市前海深港現代服務業合作區，合同金額約3238萬元，其中軟件部分金額約1000萬元以上，充分體現公司在AIoT平台及應用上的綜合技術實力。
桂灣公園項目是深圳前海重要的公共空間和集中綠地，是前海啟動的第一個水廊道公園建設項目。公園佔地面積約45萬平方米，項目總投資約13億元，將建成具有世界水準、體現前海特色的公益性公園及可持續建設發展的綠色基礎設施國際標杆。
服務內容：包含但不限於桂灣公園項目智能化系統如中央管理平台、智慧物聯繫統、通信網絡及無線局域網信號覆蓋系統、機房工程、智慧安防、智慧多媒體交互體驗系統、在線式巡更系統、移動導覽系統、智慧灌溉系統、植物健康及植物檔案卡系統、管控中心硬件、公園數字沙盤等。
該項目基於GIS、BIM、IoT、人工智能等前沿技術，以“園區雲”資源池為基礎支撐，由數據中台、運維中台及一站式服務平台作為智慧公園的“大腦”進行集中管控，構築“互聯”、“感知”、“分析決策”和“控制”閉環，對公園的“人”、“物”、“空間”三要素進行全覆蓋管理，建立三要素數據間的有機關聯，並從數據中挖掘信息和知識，構築智能物聯、智慧安防、能耗管理、多媒體交互、公園數字沙盤等一系列自動化、智能化業務功能，對園區管理者的運維運營工作、遊客遊憩提供強有力的支撐。
項目金額3238.39萬元，佔公司2019年度經審計營業收入的1.47%，其中軟件收入超過1000萬元，是公司聚焦AIoT(智能物聯)戰略後的又一標誌性項目。公司將加大技術研發力度，逐步提高軟件收入與自主智能終端、平台產品在公司整體收入中的佔比。項目順利實施將有利於潛在客户對公司建立新的認識，業務結構也將實現解決方案與產品服務並重，適應行業需求由增量向存量轉換的趨勢，提升公司在行業內的核心競爭力。
