中联重科(01157.HK)上半年各项减值准备4.9亿人币
中联重科(01157.HK)公布,公司各项减值准备上半年合计计提4.90亿元人民币(下同),其中应收账款计提坏账准备3.52亿元,其他应收款计提坏账准备0.58亿元,长期应收款计提坏账准备0.34亿元;存货跌价准备计提0.46亿元。剔除外币报表折算差异影响,本次发生的资产减值准备影响当期损益(税前)共计4.9亿元。
另外,为适应公司经营发展需要,优化公司管理架构,减少管理层级,降低管理成本,整合公司业务资源,公司拟对全资附属公司安徽中联重科土方机械进行吸收合并。
