科泰電源(300153.SZ)擬與MTU共設JV 開展合資產品的製造和供應業務
格隆匯 8 月 21日丨科泰電源(300153.SZ)公佈，公司自成立以來，一直專注於柴油發電機組及相關產品的設計、開發、生產、集成、銷售等業務，產品形態包括標準型機組、靜音型機組、移動發電車、拖車型機組、集裝箱型機組、方艙型機組等，並具有混合能源、分佈式電站等新型電力系統的設計、製造和運維能力，公司業務廣泛分佈於通信、數據中心、電力、石油石化、交通運輸、工程、港口、船舶等行業和領域。
MTU Friedrichshafen GmbH(“MTU”)是隸屬於羅爾斯-羅伊斯集團旗下的德國知名發動機製造企業，通過MTU、MTUOnsiteEnergy、Rolls-RoyceSolution等品牌，專門從事柴油和燃氣發動機，柴油和燃氣發電機組以及混合動力系統的設計，開發，生產，銷售和服務等。
自2013年開始，公司已與MTU直接開展發動機相關的採購和業務合作，併成為MTU在數據中心市場的全球戰略合作伙伴。為進一步深化在柴油發動機和柴油發電機組領域的合作關係，滿足不斷髮展的行業需求，雙方擬共同出資，在中國上海設立一家有限責任公司，開展柴油發電機組、燃油系統和相關產品的生產和供應業務。
由公司與MTU共同出資在中國上海依據《中華人民共和國外商投資法》、《中華人民共和國公司法》、其他相關的法律和法規設立一家有限責任公司，暫定名為科泰安特優電力系統有限公司(MTU Cooltech Power Systems Co., Ltd.)(具體名稱以註冊登記為準，“JV”)。JV註冊資本總額為3000萬歐元，其中公司及MTU各出資1500萬歐元，各佔JV註冊資本的50%。
JV成立後，將充分利用公司及MTU的資源和網絡渠道，開展合資產品的製造和供應業務，為雙方提供良好的經濟效益和投資回報。未來，雙方將持續關注JV業務範圍拓展的可能性，進一步開展天然氣系統、現場服務活動等其他業務內容。
