城發環境(000885.SZ)簽訂漯河市馬溝污水處理工程(二期)項目工程總承包合同
格隆匯8月20日丨城發環境(000885.SZ)公佈，子公司漯河源發水務有限公司(以下簡稱“漯河源發”)擬與聯合體簽訂《漯河市馬溝污水處理工程(二期)項目工程總承包合同》(以下簡稱“總承包合同”)，合同總金額：含税價人民幣1.013億元。其中：聯合體牽頭人為河南沃克曼建設工程有限公司(以下簡稱“沃克曼公司”)、聯合體成員一為洛陽城市建設勘察設計院有限公司(以下簡稱“洛陽設計院”)、聯合體成員二為中國機械工業第四建設工程有限公司(以下簡稱“中機四建”)。
漯河市馬溝污水處理工程(二期)工程總承包項目工程內容及規模為二期處理量為50000m3/d，總投資約1.85億。工程承包範圍：漯河市馬溝污水處理工程(二期)工程總承包項目，新建細格柵間、曝氣沉砂池、改良型A2O生物池、二沉池、污泥泵房、反硝化生物濾池、高效澄清池、纖維轉盤濾池、接觸消毒池等構(建)築物及與已有的設施、設備的連接，包括但不限於《漯河市馬溝污水處理工程(二期)工程可行性研究報告》中所有內容，包含項目的勘察(包含補勘，若需)、設計(包含初步設計、施工圖設計、竣工圖，以及外觀、綠化、精裝修的設計等)；建築工程施工、安裝工程施工(包括設備及材料的卸車、轉運及保管)、施工涉及馬溝污水處理廠(一期)的應負責相關設施及管線的保護、拆除、遷移、恢復，施工場地清理；設備單體調試，設備聯調聯試、消缺、試運行(包含調試、試運行期間的電費、藥劑費、人工費等)、缺陷修復、合同範圍內的紅線外配套工程、最終竣工驗收，直至整個污水處理工程能夠正常運行，完成環保驗收最終交付。負責工程保險、技術培訓、設計及施工方案評審、建設工程消防設計審核、施工圖紙審查；配合辦理規劃手續、安全質量監督備案手續辦理、施工許可、節能、防雷接地、規劃驗收核實、檔案管理和備案、消防驗收、環保驗收、工程結算審核。
