中科海訊(300810.SZ)：上半年業績盈轉虧至911.42萬元
格隆匯 8 月 20日丨中科海訊(300810.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入3067.21萬元，同比下降71.40%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損911.42萬元，上年同期盈利4967.88萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損1684.21萬元，上年同期盈利4967.88萬元；基本每股虧損0.1158元。
公司主營業務收入按產品類型可以劃分為水聲信號處理平台、水聲大數據與仿真系統、聲納系統、無人探測系統及其他收入。作為水聲標準信號處理平台僅有的兩家供應商之一，公司與聲納裝備行業主要參與者保持良好的合作關係，擁有一定的市場份額；水聲大數據與仿真訓練系統、聲納系統、無人探測系統作為重點發展領域，公司持續投入大量研發資源，相關重點項目處於研發、定型或招標等不同階段，報告期內尚未形成批量收入。
信號處理平台方面，公司生產的第二代信號處理平台產品系最終用户指定的兩家合格供應商之一，已實現大批量生產及交付；第三代信號處理平台已通過競爭擇優，併成為第三代信號處理平台的兩家供應商之一。2020年上半年，公司的主營業務收入仍以信號處理平台產品為主，上半年信號處理平台產品實現營業收入2876.73萬元，較去年同期下降73.12%。主要原因是報告期內受疫情防控因素影響，公司產品的交付驗收的時間週期延長，報告期內部分用户採購工作往後推移。目前，公司第三代信號處理平台已經完成定型，正根據最終用户要求進行國產化改造，同時公司已成立高性能計算事業部在新一代信號處理平台領域大量投入研發資源，積極開展研製工作。
水聲大數據與仿真系統方面，公司研發生產的模擬仿真系統已批量應用，已完成水聲大數據領域的目標數據採集分析及處理系統樣機、和基於人工智能的水下目標自動識別系統原型樣機的研製，並正在相關部門進行試點應用。2020年上半年，水聲大數據與仿真系統實現收入111.68萬元，去年同期未實現該類產品銷售。水聲大數據與仿真系統產品正處於定型和招標階段，上半年受疫情影響，最終用户對該類產品的定型和招標採購工作節點後移，目前該類產品的招標工作已經啟動，公司正在積極準備參與該類產品的投標。
聲納系統方面由於產銷週期長，2020年上半年未實現銷售收入。公司在矢量陣聲納系統、拖曳聲納系統、高速小目標聲納探測系統、前視避碰聲納系統方面儲備了較多核心技術，能夠積極響應用户需求。
無人探測系統方面，公司正在開展水面無人艇和水下自主航行器的研發工作，已簽訂研發合同，報告期內已完成主要研發工作，受疫情影響，用户結題驗收工作向後延遲，報告期內尚未實現無人探測系統收入。公司是國內最早發展無人水聲探測系統的單位之一，目前，無人探測系統的軍民兩用需求越發顯著，隨着公司技術的不斷進步和成熟，未來幾年會有批量採購需求。
