格隆匯8月18日丨豐華股份(600615.SH)復牌漲停,報11.12元,買一封單達16萬手,最新總市值21億元。豐華股份昨日披露發行股份及支付現金購買資產並募集配套資金暨關聯交易預案,上市公司擬以發行股份及支付現金的方式,向隆鑫通用、超能集團收購其合計持有的廣州威能100%股權。此次交易完成後,廣州威能將成為上市公司全資子公司。此次交易完成後,豐華股份將持有廣州威能100%股權,主營業務將新增中、大型發電機組製造業務。
