格隆匯 8 月 17日丨時代中國控股(01233.HK)公佈,截至2020年6月30日止6個月,公司營業額為人民幣149.245億元,同比下降約6.4%;期間公司擁有人應占利潤為人民幣15.366億元,同比下降約3.6%;核心淨利潤為人民幣18.299億元,同比增長約1.3%;期間毛利率及公司擁有人應占核心淨利率分別為26.9%及10.4%,每股盈利為人民幣79分。

集團集中於珠三角地區的主要核心城市。於2020年6月30日,集團共擁有130個處於不同階段的主要項目,其中121個分佈在廣州、佛山、江門、東莞、惠州、珠海、中山、清遠、肇慶、汕頭、汕尾及河源等廣東省主要城市、5個位於湖南省長沙市、1個位於湖北省武漢市、2個位於四川省成都市及1個位於浙江省杭州市。

截至2020年6月30日止六個月,集團的合同銷售約為人民幣325.7億元,總建築面積約為234.2萬平方米。集團注重項目配套設施,為求豐富客户的藝術體驗,並滿足中上階層家庭的需求。

城市更新方面,截至2020年6月30日,城市更新項目總數超過150個,潛在總建築面積約5,200萬平方米。

物業管理費收入來源於時代鄰里分拆上市前已交付物業提供物業管理服務產生的收入。截至2020年6月30日止六個月,集團並無錄得新增來自物業管理服務收入,主要由於時代鄰里(主要從事提供物業管理服務)分拆上市所致。

此外,於2020年6月30日,集團總土地儲備約為2180萬平方米,集團認為足夠應付其未來三至五年的發展所需。
