《盈警响号》新福港(01447.HK)料上半年盈转亏 蚀3,000万元
新福港(01447.HK)公布,预期截至今年6月30日止六个月集团的营业额将减少约40%,而集团期内将录得综合净亏损约3,000万元,去年同期则录综合纯利约1,300万元。主要由於若干具有较高毛利率的项目於上一年度已完成,导致期内该等项目对收益及溢利的贡献减少;及由於新型冠状病毒疫情的爆发减缓了现有项目的进度,导致收入减少,项目费用成本和分包成本增加以及总体毛利率下降。
