三房巷(600370.SH)：緊密紡生產車間停產
格隆匯8月17日丨三房巷(600370.SH)公佈，第九屆董事會第十七次會議審議通過了《關於公司緊密紡生產車間停產的議案》，決定對公司緊密紡生產車間實施停產。
公司緊密紡生產車間於2008年建成，主要設備有卡摩紡紗機、精梳機組、自動絡筒機、清梳聯等，生產各類棉紗和混紡紗，下游客户主要用於生產坯布，製造各類紡織品。截止2020年6月底緊密紡生產車間設備賬面淨值1769.73萬元，2020年1-6月緊密紡生產車間棉紗產品銷量1050.22噸，銷售收入2516.83萬元，毛利-298.86萬元。
由於國內外紡織消費品市場需求持續低迷，紡織行業受到較大沖擊，部分上下游生產廠家開工率不足，同時紡織品出口持續走低，公司紡紗產品由下游客户製成坯布後主要直接或間接出口，下游訂單難以支撐工廠正常生產，公司紡紗業務受到較大沖擊。同時，緊密紡生產車間建成時間早，生產規模較小，經過多年的運行，設備能耗相對較高，競爭力不強。受上述因素影響，今年緊密紡生產車間生產經營受到較大影響，紡紗業務收入明顯下降，利潤空間進一步被壓縮，出現虧損，2020年1-6月緊密紡車間棉紗銷量1050.22噸，同比下降38.63%，銷售收入2516.83萬元，同比下降42.77%，毛利-298.86萬元，同比下降153.90%。在此背景下，公司緊密紡生產車間如果繼續生產，虧損將會進一步擴大。綜合考慮市場環境及公司運營成本，公司預計緊密紡生產車間短時間內難以恢復正常生產並扭虧，為避免進一步虧損，公司決定對緊密紡生產車間實施停產。
因緊密紡生產車間目前處於虧損狀態，短時間內難以扭虧，緊密紡生產車間停產將減少公司經營虧損，減少其對公司業績的負面影響，同時有利於公司集中精力管理好目前正在進行的生產經營。2019年度緊密紡生產車間棉紗產品銷售收入11881.08萬元，佔公司營業收入的11.41%，毛利為1460.58萬元；2020年1-6月棉紗產品銷售收入2516.83萬元，佔公司營業收入的6.88%，毛利-298.86萬元。停產後會減少公司的營業收入，目前該車間營收規模較小，停產不會對公司正常生產經營活動和持續經營能力產生不利影響。
公司授權經營層辦理緊密紡生產車間停產後的相關事宜，妥善安置和分流員工，後續將根據市場情況決定是否恢復生產運營，並積極尋求對外合作機會，充分利用資產剩餘使用價值。
