格隆匯8月14日丨中海物業(02669.HK)反彈3.82%,報7.88港元,暫成交6505萬港元,最新總市值259億港元。中海物業於8月20日舉行董事會會議以審議中期業績,及考慮派發中期股息(如有)。此前,中金指人民幣兑港元貶值,料中海物業上半年淨利潤增18%,及增長服務業務下半年有望恢復增長。上調中海物業目標價至10.5港元,跑贏大市評級。
