格隆匯 8 月 11日丨時代鄰里(09928.HK)公告，截至2020年6月30日止6個月的中期業績。期間收入約為人民幣7.02億元，與2019年同期相比增加54.0%；期間毛利約為人民幣1.99億元，與2019年同期相比增加62.4%；母公司擁有人應占期間核心淨利潤(不包括上市開支)為人民幣8420萬元，與2019年同期相比增加76.2%；期間每股基和攤薄盈利為人民幣9分，與2019年同期相比增加50.0%。
於2020年6月30日，總合約建築面積(包括市政環衞項目及城市公共服務項目)約1.05億平方米，較2019年12月31日約5800萬平方米增加約82.6%。收入增加主要歸因於物業管理服務收入和非業主增值服務收入增加。
