遠達環保(600292.SH)：子公司共簽訂2.64億元合同
格隆匯 8 月 11日丨遠達環保(600292.SH)公佈，公司控股子公司國家電投集團遠達環保工程有限公司與內蒙古霍煤鴻駿鋁電有限責任公司扎哈淖爾分公司簽訂了《鴻駿9#超低改造工程(脱硫除塵改造)合同》，與上海核工程研究設計院有限公司簽訂了《國和一號核島BOP532/535/5300子項設備成套供應及技術服務合同》，與通遼霍林河坑口發電有限責任公司簽訂了《坑口1號脱硫系統綜合治理合同》,與內蒙古霍林河露天煤業股份有限公司簽訂了《內蒙古霍林河露天煤業股份有限公司南露天煤礦2020年排土場生態修復工程(四標包)合同》，與扎魯特旗扎哈淖爾煤業有限公司簽訂了《扎哈淖爾煤業公司露天煤礦2020年排土場生態修復治理項目(2標包)合同》；
公司全資子公司國家電投集團遠達水務有限公司與安徽淮南平圩發電有限責任公司簽訂了《向安徽(淮南)現代煤化工產業園區(安徽嘉璽新材料科技有限公司)供熱——化水擴容改造工程項目合同》，與淮南平圩第二發電有限責任公司簽訂了《平圩二電脱硫廢水處理系統改造工程項目合同》；
全資子公司國家電投集團遠達環保催化劑有限公司與貴州黔東電力有限公司簽訂了《黔東火電廠鍋爐脱銷反應器蜂窩式催化劑採購與再生項目合同》，與上海上電漕涇發電有限公司簽訂了《上海漕涇電廠(2X1000MW)工程超臨界機組鍋爐脱銷部分催化劑更新工程採購買賣合同》，與上海外高橋第三發電有限責任公司簽訂了《上海外高橋第三發電有限責任公司#7/8#機組脱銷催化劑提效改造項目催化劑採購合同》，與上海電力股份有限公司吳涇熱電廠簽訂了《吳涇熱電脱銷催化劑(第一層)改造工程總包合同》，與江蘇常熟發電有限公司簽訂了《江蘇常熟發電有限公司脱銷蜂窩式催化劑採購合同》，與吉林電力股份有限公司科技開發分公司簽訂了《阜新發電公司3、4號鍋爐脱銷催化劑項目採購合同》。
上述合同金額分別為：4480萬元，8478萬元，720萬元，1093.1958萬元，1388.8564萬元，4150萬元，547.8萬元，1631.696萬元，1319.9456萬元，830.9535萬元，495.95萬元，675萬元，549.7125萬元，共計約2.64億元。截止目前，公司累計發生關聯交易金額未超過2020年度預計數。
上述事項系公司控股子公司國家電投集團遠達環保工程有限公司、全資子公司國家電投集團遠達水務有限公司、國家電投集團遠達環保催化劑有限公司正常經營行為，有利於提高公司生態修復、環保工程及水務工程業務的市場份額和經濟效益。
