好萊客(603898.SH)：上半年淨利同比降48.44% 二季度營收降幅明顯收窄

格隆匯8月10日丨好萊客(603898.SH)披露2020年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入7.41億元，同比下降21.01%，各季度營業收入分別為1.87億元、5.53億元，同比下降48.30%、3.81%，第二季度營收降幅明顯收窄；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7670.69萬元，同比下降48.44%。
品類銷售情況：報告期內，公司衣櫃及全屋產品、櫥櫃產品、木門產品、成品配套產品、門窗產品的營業收入分別為6.23億元、4,615萬元、1,328萬元、2,378萬元、1,582萬元，佔主營業務收入比重分別為86.29%、6.39%、1.84%、3.29%、2.19%。延展品類佔比繼續提升，增速好於衣櫃及全屋產品，並助力好萊客作為泛全屋定製零售服務商，繼續提供整體生活空間解決方案。
渠道銷售情況：報告期內，公司經銷、直營、大宗業務收入分別為6.48億元、2,590萬元、3,079萬元，佔主營業務收入比重分別為89.72%、3.58%、4.26%。零售業務繼續作為公司核心渠道，大宗業務作為重要戰略補充、得到積極拓展。
按渠道級別來看，A/B/C類城市經銷商收入佔比分別為18%、45%、37%，同比下降30%、24%、23%，低線城市消費復甦總體領先於高線城市。
報告期內，公司主營業務毛利率為39.06%，同比減少1.15個百分點；公司各季度實現歸母淨利潤分別為-1,722萬元、9,393萬元，同比下降144.81%、14.88%；各季度扣非後歸母淨利潤為-1,738萬元、7,368萬元，同比下降158.25%、25.46%；第二季度扭轉了一季度業績虧損的局面。
