寶丰能源(600989.SH)：上半年淨利升10.75%至20.92億元
格隆匯8月10日丨寶丰能源(600989.SH)披露2020年半年度報告，報告期內，公司嚴密做好疫情防控，化危為機，科研創新能力加速提升，生產經營指標再上新台階，上半年實現營業收入75.20億元，同比增長15.35%；利潤總額23.54億元，同比增長7.45%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤20.92億元，同比增長10.75%；每股收益0.29元，同比增長3.57%。
生產方面，堅持以銷定產，提高效率。根據市場和客户需求，開發了可用於口罩生產的S2040等6個新牌號聚乙烯、聚丙烯產品，增效8460萬元。完成了用於生產醫用注射器等醫用產品的K4912、給水管材料PE-100等7個新牌號的技術儲備。甲醇一廠通過優化配煤方案，使氣化裝置運行更穩定、粉煤燃燒更充分，煤醇比由上年的1.55降至1.5，節約原料煤(折標煤)3萬噸；烯烴一廠通過改用性能相同、價格更低的催化劑，催化劑成本降低30%，節約成本1000多萬元；烯烴二廠甲醇制烯烴的單耗降至2.87，處於行業領先水平。
2020年6月，募集資金投資項目全面投產，該項目包括2019年10月投產的甲醇制60萬噸/年聚烯烴項目和2020年6月投產的焦炭氣化制220萬噸/年甲醇項目。由世界一流化學企業——英國莊信萬豐戴維技術公司提供技術、我國央企——東方電氣集團東方鍋爐股份有限公司負責建造的220萬噸/年甲醇合成塔，是目前世界上單套產能規模最大的煤制甲醇合成塔，並在公司首次投運，能為公司帶來明顯的規模經濟優勢和單位成本優勢。乙烯聚合裝置採用雪佛龍菲利普斯雙環管淤漿工藝，可以生產多系列雙峯聚乙烯產品、茂金屬聚乙烯產品，實現進口替代。
2020年上半年，公司研發費用投入6,570.82萬元，同比增長1,245.82%。今年成立的寶丰上海研究院，作為公司科技創新、技術交流、人才培養的引智平台，已經開始發力。報告期內，高效開發了市場急需的聚丙烯纖維料、熔噴料、薄壁注塑料，高密度聚乙烯中空料、高強度雙峯薄膜料、耐候棚膜用線性聚乙烯專用料等產品，公司聚烯烴專用料比率和市場影響力明顯提升。此外，通過專用料開發延伸產業鏈，已與下游防水材料、管材、食品包裝加工企業初步建立了合作關係。
另外，公司披露下半年業績增長點：(1)220萬噸/年甲醇項目。2020年6月底投入試生產，預計下半年生產甲醇110萬噸，按目前外購甲醇和自產甲醇價差約400元/噸測算，可以節約成本4億元左右。(2)240萬噸/年紅四煤礦項目。2020年7月取得采礦許可證，下半年可投入試生產，自產煤成本明顯低於外購煤成本。
