首創置業(02868.HK)擬發行2億美元票據
格隆匯8月7日丨首創置業(02868.HK)發佈公告,於2020年8月6日,發行人Central Plaza Development Ltd.(公司全資附屬公司)、公司及承銷商訂立認購協議,以根據該計劃進行提取,從而發售及發行總票面值2億美元的提取票據。發行人已向聯交所申請以僅向專業投資者發行債務的方式發行的提取票據的上市及買賣,且預期該批准將於2020年8月12日生效。
發行人現時擬將提取票據的所得款項淨額用作償還現有債務、營運資金及一般公司用途。
