《大行報告》美銀證券:融創(01918.HK)擬分拆物管業務上市 助降負債率 重申為首選
美銀證券發表報告表示,融創(01918.HK)擬分拆物管業務上市,而且分拆後融創仍將持有融創服務控股股權,因此該行預期融創的股價應該開始反映融創服務之價值。
報告又指,分拆物管業務後,有助融創降低負債率,目標今年底前負債率降至150%,因此該行維持其行業首選,相信其去槓桿化和節省成本的策略已基本步入正軌,且預期公司第三季合同銷售持續強勁,及達到今年度6,000億元人民幣的目標。該行維持其「買入」評級及目標價47元。
