格隆匯8月3日丨九龍倉集團(00004.HK)公告,截至2020年6月30日止半年度,公司收入55.5億港元,同比減少31%;營業淨利潤25.2億港元,同比減少32%;公司股東應占虧損17.41億港元,上年同期溢利24.5億港元;每股虧損0.57港元,第一次中期股息每股港幣0.20元。
期間所有業務分部皆下跌,尤其內地發展物業,其確認入賬的收入錄得大約60%跌幅。期間香港發展物業減值撥備港幣29億元,令集團基礎淨盈利變虧損。
此外,第一季業績固然乏善可陳,但第二季亦只見內地經濟開始復甦。因旅客停止外遊,酒店入住率劇跌。
