旭日企业(00393.HK)续租大股东九龙湾写字楼物业
旭日企业(00393.HK)公布,旗下全资附属公司作为租客,与业主签署关於租用香港物业的新租赁协议。出租物业位於九龙湾宏远街1号「一号九龙」37楼部份楼层及38楼部份楼层,物业用途为写字楼。总面积为 5,199平方尺。年期为3年,租金每月11.5万元。业主乃由若干董事及公司主要股东拥有之公司,属公司关连人士。
公司指,集团已租用一号九龙物业多年。现时有关的租赁协议将於今年7月31届满,认为该物业重续租约不会因搬迁而带来财政及营运影响,因此切合商业需要及利益。
