格隆匯 7 月 31日丨ST安凱(000868.SZ)公佈,2020年7月31日,公司已收到合肥市土地儲備中心撥付的國有土地收儲第二期按房屋拆除的40%比例的補償款共計人民幣8699.9130萬元,將對公司主要財務指標產生積極的影響,公司將按照《企業會計準則》等相關規定,對上述收儲補償款進行相應的會計處理,具體會計處理及相關財務數據以會計師事務所審計確認後的結果為準。
