寶通科技(300031.SZ)：抖音取消與哈視奇合作不會影響公司業績
格隆匯 7 月 30日丨寶通科技(300031.SZ)公佈，近日，公司關注到相關媒體對公司投資的參股公司北京哈視奇科技有限公司(“哈視奇”)進行了相關報道，同時，公司股價於近日出現了較大波動，現將相關事項説明如下：
公司投資哈視奇是基於未來發展戰略進行的佈局，雙方共同探索產業發展機遇，本着優勢互補、互利互惠、友好協商的原則，建立了業務合作伙伴關係。公司與哈視奇將圍繞移動互聯網業務和現代工業散貨物料智能輸送與服務業務兩個板塊展開合作，發揮各自領域的資源優勢，在虛擬現實(VR)、增強現實(AR)內容與技術領域進行業務合作。
經核實，哈視奇開發的《我接假髮賊溜》、《漢堡小王者》兩款AR遊戲已分別於2020年7月17日和2020年7月20日在抖音上線對外測試。哈視奇基於自身業務發展的需要，在第三方媒體平台發佈了“關於哈視奇與抖音合作”等相關信息。2020年7月28日公司對外宣傳工作人員基於第三方媒體已經公開報道的“關於哈視奇與抖音合作”等相關信息，本着客觀、準確、實事求是的原則，宣傳和報道各項工作中的創新、閃光點和優秀成果，公司對外宣傳工作人員根據第三方媒體報道進行了轉載，於2020年7月28日下午通過公司微信公眾號發佈，後經媒體轉發報道。
目前，公司持有哈視奇股權14.01%，公司在進行財務核算時，將其計入資產負債表中的“其他權益工具投資”，並未在利潤表中相關科目進行核算，近幾年對於公司的淨利潤貢獻值為零。哈視奇的收入預期主要來源於《奇幻滑雪3》等，此次抖音取消與哈視奇已經達成的所有合作，對於哈視奇經營情況不會產生重大影響。
此次抖音取消與哈視奇已經達成的所有合作，公司深表遺憾。此次合作的取消不會影響公司業績，也不會對公司日常生產、經營情況等產生任何影響，公司將持續加強AR/VR領域的佈局與實踐。
