格隆匯 7 月 30日丨亞太實業(000691.SZ)公佈，公司近期關注到部分機構將公司列入“NMN概念板塊”，同時部分投資者誤認為公司生產NMN的原料煙酰胺，公司現對相關事項作自願性説明，並風險提示如下：公司現有兩家子公司，分別為全資子公司甘肅亞美商貿有限公司及控股子公司滄州臨港亞諾化工有限公司，除此之外，公司無其他子公司及參股公司；公司及公司子公司均不生產、銷售煙酰胺和NMN產品。
公司現有兩家子公司，分別為全資子公司甘肅亞美商貿有限公司(“甘肅亞美”)及控股子公司滄州臨港亞諾化工有限公司(“臨港亞諾化工”)，除此之外，公司無其他子公司及參股公司。
甘肅亞美商貿有限公司經營範圍：建築材料(不含木材)、日用百貨、機械設備、機電設備(不含九座以下乘用車)、電子產品(不含衞星地面接收設備)、牀上用品、化粧品、玩具、工藝品批發零售；禮儀服務；公關活動策劃；電腦圖文設計；企業形象策劃；企業管理諮詢；信息技術領域的技術開發、諮詢(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
滄州臨港亞諾化工有限公司經營範圍：製造銷售O-甲基-N-硝基-N’-甲基異脲(MNO)、3-氰基吡啶、硫酸銨、化工產品(危險化學品除外)、醫藥中間體；製造銷售2.3-二氯吡啶、2-氰基吡啶、2-氯-3-氰基吡啶、2-氯煙酸、2-氯-3-氨基吡啶、2-氯-4-氨基吡啶、2-(2-氨乙基)吡啶、4-溴吡啶鹽酸鹽、煙酸、飼料添加劑(煙酸)、3-氨基吡啶、4-氨基吡啶、乙酰丙酸乙酯，十二水合磷酸氫二鈉，生物技術、醫藥技術的研發、技術轉讓及技術諮詢、技術服務、企業管理諮詢服務；污水處理、房屋租賃、場地租賃、不動產租賃、貨物進出口(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
公司控股子臨港亞諾化工是一家從事精細化工產品研發、生產及銷售的生產型、科技型高新技術企業，主要從事精細化工產品中的醫藥中間體、農藥中間體的研發、生產和銷售。產品主要分為吡啶類、MNO及其他化工產品，主要應用於農藥和醫藥領域；其中生產的3-氰基吡啶一方面是其自身用於生產下游吡啶衍生物產品，另一方面是出售給下游行業作為生產農藥、醫藥、飼料等產品的原材料。
