格隆匯 7 月 29日丨ASM PACIFIC(00522.HK)發佈公告，截至2020年6月30日止六個月，集團收入為9.92億美元，較去年上半年增加5.9%，較去年下半年則減少10.5%；集團盈利為港幣3.91億元，較去年上半年增加119.2%，較去年下半年則減少12.0%；上半年度每股盈利為港幣0.95元。
2020年上半年，半導體解決方案分部收入為4.73億美元，較去年上半年增加16.6%，較去年下半年則減少4.5%；物料分部收入為1.26億美元，較去年上半年增加15.6%，較去年下半年則減少3.2%；SMT解決方案分部收入為3.93億美元，較去年上半年及下半年分別減少6.9%及18.7%；上半年度集團新增訂單總額為11.4億美元，較去年上半年及下半年分別增加7.4%及19.0%；集團於2020年6月30日的未完成訂單總額為8.00億美元，上半年度訂單對付運比率為1.15。
2020年第二季度，集團收入為5.57億美元，較前一季度及去年同期分別增加27.8%及19.5%；集團盈利為港幣3.65億元，較前一季度及去年同期分別增加1,341.5%及421.8%；2020年第二季度每股盈利為港幣0.89元；經營盈利為港幣4.96億元，較前一季度及去年同期分別增加241.1%及95.8%。
2020年第二季度，半導體解決方案分部收入為2.79億美元，較前一季度及去年同期分別增加43.0%及33.8%；物料分部收入為7,420萬美元，較前一季度及去年同期分別增加43.2%及28.2%；SMT解決方案分部收入為2.04億美元，較前一季度及去年同期分別增加8.0%及2.2%；第二季度集團新增訂單總額為4.72億美元，較前一季度及去年同期分別減少29.4%及21.6%；於2020年6月30日的現金及銀行存款結存為港幣35.9億元。
