格隆匯 7 月 28日丨連續2個漲停的安居寶(300155.SZ)發佈股票交易異常波動公告，公司、控股股東及實際控制人無關於公司的應披露而未披露的重大事項，或處於籌劃階段的重大事項。
公司於2020年7月27日收到深圳證券交易所上市審核中心出具的《關於廣東安居寶數碼科技股份有限公司申請向特定對象發行股票的審核問詢函》，公司將按照審核問詢函的要求，會同相關中介機構逐項落實並及時提交回復，回覆內容將通過臨時公告的方式披露，並在披露後通過深圳證券交易所發行上市審核業務系統報送相關文件。
公司此次向特定對象發行股票事項尚需通過深圳證券交易所審核，並獲得中國證監會作出同意註冊的決定後方可實施，最終能否通過深圳證券交易所審核，並獲得中國證監會作出同意註冊的決定及其時間仍存在不確定性。公司將根據該事項的進展情況及時履行信息披露義務，敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
公司主要從事樓宇對講系統、智能家居系統、防盜報警系統、停車場系統、監控系統、液晶顯示模組等產品的生產和銷售，目前產品主要應用於住宅小區，市場分佈在全國各地，與房地產行業政策聯繫緊密。若國家加大對房地產行業的調控，將對公司主營業務產生不利影響。
公司通過收購整合停車場道閘廣告業務資源，收購完成後形成一定金額的商譽，如後續道閘廣告業務經營不善，則存在商譽減值的風險，從而對公司當期損益產生不利影響。
公司主營業務與房地產行業景氣度高度關聯，主要客户為系統集成商和房地產開發商，若客户經營情況受到行業發展的不利影響,將會對公司應收賬款的回收產生較大風險。公司客户都是經過嚴格的信用篩選，應收帳款發生壞帳的風險較小。對於新客户，公司在簽訂合同前，會對新客户的信用風險進行評估，並對每一個客户設置賒銷限額，確保整體的應收帳款風險在可控的範圍內。目前，公司未發生大額的壞賬損失。
公司生產經營具有較強的季節性特徵，每年三、四季度是公司銷售高峯期。公司營業收入和淨利潤呈現季節性特點，是由於公司的對講產品是在房地產項目施工的後工序階段才進行施工安裝，而新建樓盤竣工時間一般在三、四季度較為集中，所以工程施工商一般會集中在三、四季度進行大批量的採購提貨，體現出公司營業收入和淨利潤“前低後高”的特點，呈現較強的季節性特徵。
近期公司經營情況正常，內外部經營環境未發生重大變化，公司股票短期大幅波動，請廣大投資者謹慎決策，注意投資風險。
