朗廷-SS(01270.HK)擬2供1供股 淨籌10億元
朗廷-SS(01270.HK)公布,建議按每持有2個股份合訂單位獲發1個供股股份合訂單位之基準進行供股,每股供股價為0.95元,較昨日收市價折讓13.6%。公司預計集資淨額為10.09億元,將用作預付貸款協議項下之部分未償還貸款以及用作緩解機制下之額外保證金及部分用作支付融資成本及一般營運資金。
此外,董事會建議,待供股完成後,於聯交所買賣的股份合訂單位的每手買賣單位數目將由500個股份合訂單位改為2,000個股份合訂單位,由2020年9月15日上午9時正起生效。
