2020年上半年,受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影響,公司的原材料供應、物流和市場需求均受到嚴重影響,公司上半年營業收入未達預期,業績出現虧損。主要的非經營性損益增加歸母淨利潤約6,000萬元。包括:①公司轉讓安徽安凱福田曙光車橋有限公司40%股權;②收到的政府補助。
