格隆匯7月13日丨建業地產(00832.HK)發佈公告,於2020年7月13日,公司已按相等於該等2015年票據的本金總額102.188%另加截至贖回日期的累計未支付的利息約1217.7萬美元的贖回價贖回本金總額3億美元,相當於其於贖回日期所有未贖回的2015年票據。公司贖回2015年票據支付的總金額約為3.19億美元。於完成上述贖回後,概無未贖回的已發行2015年票據。
