溢多利(300381.SZ)：與安陽市政府、湯陰縣政府就投建安陽生物醫藥產業園項目展開合作
格隆匯 7 月 13日丨溢多利(300381.SZ)公佈，公司與河南省安陽市人民政府(“安陽市政府”)、安陽市湯陰縣人民政府(“湯陰縣政府”)就公司在湯陰縣投資建設溢多利安陽生物醫藥產業園項目展開合作。
為整合安陽市生物醫藥產業資源，加快安陽市生物醫藥產業發展，充分利用公司技術、人才、市場和安陽市政府、湯陰縣政府資源配置優勢，經三方協商，擬由公司投資、安陽市政府和湯陰縣政府提供政策和資源支持，在安陽市建設“溢多利安陽生物醫藥產業園”，將產業園建成全球具有重要影響力的現代化甾體激素原料藥研發生產基地和國內一流的生物醫藥產業園。依照相關法律、法規規定及平等、自願、互惠原則，公司與安陽市政府、湯陰縣政府達成一致意見，於2020年7月13日在河南省安陽市簽訂以下協議：與安陽市政府簽訂《合作協議書》，與湯陰縣政府簽訂《合作協議書》和《產業發展基金獎勵協議》。
與安陽市政府簽訂的合作協議主要內容：
項目整體投資計劃分兩期，預計總投資人民幣12億元，其中第一期計劃投資人民幣4億元，建設“溢多利甾體激素原料藥生產基地”，同時將公司全資子公司河南利華製藥有限公司(“利華”或“利華製藥”)搬遷至溢多利甾體激素原料藥生產基地；第二期計劃投資人民幣8億元整合安陽市優質醫藥資源，建設“溢多利特色生物醫藥生產基地”。
項目建設主要內容包括生物醫藥研發中心、甾體激素原料藥生產基地、特色生物醫藥生產基地以及質檢中心、營銷中心、物流中心、教育培訓中心、行政辦公中心與員工生活中心等配套設施。
與湯陰縣政府簽訂的合作協議主要內容：
項目整體投資計劃分兩期，預計總投資人民幣12億元。
1、第一期項目以利華製藥為主體，建設“利華升級擴建暨整體搬遷工程項目”，計劃投資人民幣4億元。其中，利華製藥整體搬遷項目計劃投資人民幣2.6億元，其中固定資產計劃投資人民幣2億元，佔地100畝，主要建設生產車間、行政辦公樓、研發、倉儲、動力中心、環保處理等內容。利華製藥新增產能項目計劃投資人民幣1.4億元，其中固定資產計劃投資人民幣1億元，佔地50畝，主要建設生產車間、倉儲、動力中心、環保處理等內容；
2、第二期項目名稱為“溢多利特色生物醫藥生產基地項目”，計劃投資人民幣8億元，項目整合安陽市優質醫藥資源，建設“溢多利特色生物醫藥生產基地”。
3、項目用地、界址：該項目擬用地位於湯陰縣產業集聚區，佔地面積約300畝。其中，第一期項目用地150畝，第二期項目用地150畝。用地性質為工業用地，土地使用權期限為50年。具體徵地面積和界址以國土和規劃部門提供和確認地塊為準。
