大悦城(000031.SZ)：上半年新增項目計容建面273.48萬平方米 同比增165%
格隆匯7月13日丨大悦城(000031.SZ)公佈，2020年第二季度，公司新增7個項目，具體情況如下：
1、武漢市蔡甸區P(2020)004號地塊。該項目位於武漢市蔡甸區蔡甸大街與西環路交匯處以西(張灣街太山村)。該地塊土地出讓面積為132,394平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於379,455平方米，土地用途為住宅、商服。該項目通過合作方式獲取，公司需支付價款約為人民幣5.99億元。
2、嘉興市秀洲區2019嘉秀洲-022號宗地。該項目位於嘉興市秀洲國家高新區，木橋港路南側、秀園路西側。該地塊土地出讓面積為63,312平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於113,961平方米，土地用途為住宅用地。該項目通過股權收購獲取，公司需支付價款約為人民幣2.83億元。
3、瀋陽市JK2020-003號地塊。該項目位於瀋陽市經濟技術開發區十四號街東側遠大鋁業南地塊。該地塊土地出讓面積為112,266.38平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於202,080平方米，土地用途為二類居住用地。該項目通過合作方式獲取，公司需支付價款約為人民幣4.46億元。
4、西安市國際港務區GW1-17-1、GW1-17-3至GW1-17-6號地塊共5宗地塊。該項目位於國際港務區。5宗地塊土地出讓面積合計190,133平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於480,751平方米，土地用途為住宅、商業。該項目通過股權收購獲取，公司需支付價款約為人民幣12.35億元。
5、張家口市經開區JK2020-07、JK2020-09、JK2020-10號3宗地塊。該項目位於張家口市經開區濱河南路東側。3宗地塊土地出讓面積合計203,404.99平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於479,469.9平方米，土地用途包括商業服務設施用地、二類居住用地。三宗地塊成交總價合計約為人民幣8.73億元。
6、武漢市新洲區P(2020)015號地塊。該項目位於武漢市新洲區國營龍王咀農場三分場五隊、航天北路以北、漲渡湖大道以東、環城北路以南、航天一路以西。該地塊土地出讓面積為118,666.66平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於296,666平方米，土地用途為住宅。該地塊成交金額約為人民幣4.90億元。
7、重慶市江北區石馬河大石壩組團D分區D12-2/02、D12-3/02、D13-1/02號地塊。該項目位於江北區石馬河，土地面積合計為172,239.30平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於270,999.8平方米，土地用途為二類居住用地、商業用地、商務用地。該項目通過股權收購獲取，公司需支付價款約為人民幣6.09億元。
截至2020年6月30日，公司上半年累計新增項目計容建築面積合計273.48萬平方米，較去年同期增長165%。
