惠程科技(002168.SZ)：聘任王蔚擔任總裁、何金子擔任副總裁
格隆匯 7 月 9日丨惠程科技(002168.SZ)公佈，公司董事會近日收到董事長兼總裁汪超湧的書面辭職報告。汪超湧因個人原因申請辭去公司總裁職務，辭職後仍然擔任公司董事、董事長職務，以及公司控股子公司成都哆可夢網絡科技有限公司、喀什中匯聯銀創業投資有限公司的董事職務。汪超湧的辭職不會影響公司的規範運作和正常生產經營，其辭職報告自送達董事會時生效。
截止公告日，汪超湧作為公司實際控制人之一，間接持有公司股份198,524,871股，佔公司總股本的比例為24.76%。
根據《中華人民共和國公司法》、《深圳市惠程信息科技股份有限公司章程》及相關法律法規的規定，公司於2020年7月9日召開第六屆董事會第四十七次會議，審議通過了《關於聘任公司總裁的議案》和《關於聘任公司副總裁的議案》，公司董事會同意聘任王蔚擔任公司總裁、何金子擔任公司副總裁，任期與第六屆董事會相同，公司獨立董事已就上述事項發表了同意的獨立意見。
王蔚：1971年出生，中國籍，武漢大學計算機及應用專業學士。曾先後在中國四維測繪技術總公司、福建實達集團股份有限公司、前沿數碼科技有限公司、聯想移動通信科技有限公司從事相關管理工作，2007年7月-2015年12月任職於神州泰嶽(300002.SZ)，歷任子公司VP、總經理及總公司VP職務。現任全國高校創新業服務聯盟聯席理事長、西安交通大學創新創業學院兼職教授；2015年12月至今，擔任深圳市前海梧桐併購投資基金管理有限公司高級合夥人；2016年2月至今擔任珠海梧桐高創投資管理有限公司總經理及董事職務。
何金子：1985年出生，中國籍，中共黨員。吉林外國語大學國際經濟與貿易專業學士、中國人民大學世界經濟學專業碩士。曾任北京天象道通資產管理有限公司總經理，2012年獲得金融界"十大金牌博主"稱號，《財富講壇》授予“技術創新獎”。CCTV財富講壇、CCTV投資大參考、BTV天下財經、山東衞視投資有理等多檔理財節目嘉賓。著有《價值千萬的股票祕密》《獨孤九劍技法》。現任北京交通大學客座教授、深圳市惠程信息科技股份有限公司投資部總經理。
