潤邦股份(002483.SZ)：子公司取得危險廢物經營許可證
格隆匯 7 月 8日丨潤邦股份(002483.SZ)公佈，近日，公司子公司湖北中油優藝環保科技有限公司(“中油環保”或“中油環保襄陽公司”)取得由湖北省襄陽市生態環境局頒發的《危險廢物經營許可證》(編號：XY42-06-02-0004)。
核准經營危險廢物類別：現行《國家危險廢物名錄》中的HW01(2,000噸)、HW08(12,500噸)、HW09(5,000噸)、HW34(251-014-34、261-057-34、261-058-34、314-001-34、397-005-34、900-300-34至900-304-34、900-308-34、900-349-34)(5,000噸)、HW35(251-015-35、261-059-35、900-350-35至900-356-35、900-399-35)(5,000噸)。核准經營總規模：29500噸/年。有效期限：自2020年7月7日至2021年4月2日。
中油環保襄陽公司原有危廢處置(焚燒)產能23000噸/年、醫廢處置產能2000噸/年。此次中油環保襄陽公司取得《危險廢物經營許可證》後中油環保襄陽公司將新增危廢處置(綜合處置)產能27500噸/年。中油環保襄陽公司現有危廢醫廢處置產能合計52500噸/年。
公司全資子公司南通潤禾環境科技有限公司(“潤禾環境”)直接持有中油環保73.36%股權，潤禾環境控制的環保產業併購基金--南通潤浦環保產業併購基金合夥企業(有限合夥)持有中油環保26.64%股權，潤禾環境合計控制中油環保100%股權。
根據相關規定，中油環保襄陽公司取得上述《危險廢物經營許可證》後，即可依法開展已被核准經營的相關業務活動，提升公司對危險廢棄物的整體處理能力。如中油環保襄陽公司後續主營業務能夠順利開展，將提升公司綜合競爭力，對公司今後經營業績將可能產生一定的積極影響。但具體業務開展情況取決於相關行業的政策法規、市場環境以及管理團隊的經營能力等多方面因素。敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
