國盛投資(01227.HK)擬將法定股本增至10億港元后按"1供5"供股 最多籌1.6億港元
格隆匯 7 月 7日丨國盛投資(01227.HK)公佈,董事會建議於股東特別大會以普通決議案方式尋求股東批准通過增設80億股未發行股份將法定股本由2億港元(分為20億股股份)增至10億港元(分為100億股股份)。
待增加法定股本生效及獲獨立股東於股東特別大會上批准後,董事會建議以認購價每股0.035港元,較7月7日收市價0.049港元折讓約28.57%,按於記錄日期每持有1股股份獲發5股供股股份的基準,發行最多45.73億股供股股份,籌集最多達約1.601億港元的所得款項總額。供股僅供合資格股東參與,不會向除外股東提呈。
估計所得款項淨額將約為1.533億港元。公司擬將供股所得款項淨額用於償還過期外界債務;及作為集團一般營運資金。
