格隆匯 7 月 3日丨中山公用(000685.SZ)公佈,為拓寬公司融資渠道,優化負債結構,降低融資成本,滿足發展對資金的需求,中山公用事業集團股份有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”)於2020年7月3日召開的2020年第6次臨時董事會會議審議通過了《關於擬註冊發行超短期融資券和中期票據的議案》,公司擬向中國銀行間市場交易商協會申請註冊發行總額度不超過(含)人民幣20億元的超短期融資券和總額度不超過(含)人民幣20億元的中期票據。
