港股異動 | 中國電力(2380.HK)漲超3% 擬出資5.2億元設合資
格隆匯7月3日丨中國電力(2380.HK)現報1.5港元,漲3.45%,暫成交425萬港元,最新總市值147億港元。中國電力昨晚發公告稱,於2020年6月30日,廣西公司(公司一家全資擁有附屬公司)與吉林電力、電能成套及水電十一局訂立一份合資合同,據此訂約各方同意於廣西南寧市成立一家合資公司。合資公司的註冊資本為人民幣13億元,其中,廣西公司將以資產注入及現金方式出資5.2億,持股40%。合資公司將作為東盟區域的投資平台,專注於清潔能源的投資開發。
