大快活(00052.HK)年度純利跌66.2%至6086.7萬港元 末期息50港仙
格隆匯6月30日丨大快活(00052.HK)公佈,截至2020年3月31日止年度,集團實現收入30.30億港元,同比增長2.0%;毛利2.77億港元,同比下降27.8%;公司權益股東應占溢利6086.7萬港元,同比下降66.2%;每股基本盈利47.03港仙,擬派末期股息每股50.0港仙,全年合共派息每股73.0港仙及派息比率約為155%。
公告稱,於19/20財政年度最後一個季度,2019冠狀病毒的爆發對香港經濟造成嚴重影響。顧客的消費意欲低迷,加上採取多種限制社交距離的措施,對集團的收入、店鋪營運及財務表現造成負面影響。
值得注意的是,於2019年4月1日,已採用《香港財務報告準則》第16號-“租賃”,並取替了《香港會計準則》第17號-“租賃”。該年度溢利,撇除採用所帶來的2430萬港元負面影響,約為8520萬港元,減少52.7%。
