獐子島(002069.SZ)收到行政處罰決定書和市場禁入決定書 吳厚剛被終身市場禁入
格隆匯 6 月 24日丨獐子島(002069.SZ)公佈，2020年6月23日，公司收到中國證監會下發的《中國證券監督管理委員會行政處罰決定書》【2020】29號和《中國證券監督管理委員會市場禁入決定書》【2020】9號。根據《行政處罰決定書》和《市場禁入決定書》的認定事實，公司判斷公司涉及的違法行為不觸及《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》第13.2.1條第(七)項至第(九)項及《上市公司重大違法強制退市實施辦法》第二條、第四條和第五條規定的情形。
其中，根據當事人吳厚剛違法行為的事實、性質、情節與社會危害程度，依據《證券法》第二百三十三條和《證券市場禁入規定》(證監會令第115號)第三條、第四條和第五條第八項的規定，我會決定：對吳厚剛採取終身市場禁入措施。自我會宣佈決定之日起，在禁入期間內，除不得繼續在原機構從事證券業務或者擔任原上市公司、非上市公眾公司董事、監事、高級管理人員職務外，也不得在其他任何機構中從事證券業務或者擔任其他上市公司、非上市公眾公司董事、監事、高級管理人員職務。
根據當事人樑峻、勾榮、孫福君違法行為的事實、性質、情節與社會危害程度，依據《證券法》第二百三十三條和《證券市場禁入規定》（證監會令第115號）第三條、第四條和第五條的規定，我會決定：對樑峻採取10年市場禁入措施，對勾榮、孫福君分別採取5年證券市場禁入措施。自我會宣佈決定之日起，在禁入期間內，除不得繼續在原機構從事證券業務或者擔任原上市公司、非上市公眾公司董事、監事、高級管理人員職務外，也不得在其他任何機構中從事證券業務或者擔任其他上市公司、非上市公眾公司董事、監事、高級管理人員職務。
當事人如果對本市場禁入決定不服，可在收到本決定書之日起60日內向中國證券監督管理委員會申請行政複議，也可在收到本決定書之日起6個月內直接向有管轄權的人民法院提起行政訴訟。複議和訴訟期間，上述決定不停止執行。
