華勝天成(600410.SH)：王維航持股比例降至7.79%
格隆匯 6 月 23日丨華勝天成(600410.SH)公佈，2020年5月13日，公司披露了臨2020-033《股東減持計劃公告》，減持計劃主要內容：王維航因個人資金需求計劃通過集中競價交易方式或大宗交易方式減持公司股份合計不超過1500萬股，佔公司股份總數1.37%，其中通過集中競價交易方式減持的，將於減持計劃公告之日起15個交易日後的六個月內進行。
2020年6月22日，公司收到持有王維航發來的因累計變動比例達5%編制的《簡式權益變動報告書》，具體情況如下：
華勝天成於2004年在上海證券交易所上市，王維航為持有5%以上股權的股東。2006年5月18日股權分置改革實施以後，王維航有華勝天成股票2344.53萬股，佔華勝天成總股本的12.79%。
此次權益變動情況：(1)股權分置改革後，因公司實施資本公積金轉增股本、非公開發行、實施股權激勵計劃及王維航通過二級市場或大宗交易增持、減持股份等原因，截止2019年8月7日，華勝天成總股本由2006年5月18日股改後的183,300,000股變為1,098,743,383股，王維航持有公司股份數量由2344.53萬股變為9206.9358萬股，王維航持股比例由12.79%變為8.38%，其通過一致行動人西藏信託有限公司－西藏信託－萊沃34號集合資金信託計劃持有公司股份4117.0975萬股，持股比例3.75%。2019年8月7日至本次權益變動前王維航本人持股比例未發生變動,其一致行動人自2019年12月9日至2020年5月6日已全部減持完畢，不再持有公司股份。上述調整過程中未觸發披露權益變動報告書。
(2)2020年5月13日王維航披露了減持計劃，擬於2020年6月3日至2020年11月30日期間以集中競價或大宗交易的方式減持公司股份不超過1500萬股。佔公司股份總數1.37%。截止《簡式權益變動報告書》披露日，王維航通過上海證券交易所集中競價交易方式減持華勝天成流通股合計647.72萬股，佔公司股份總數的0.59%，王維航持股比例由8.38%變為7.79%。此次權益變動後，王維航持有公司股份8559.2158萬股，佔公司股份總數的7.79%。
(3)綜合上述情況，王維航持股比例由12.79%變為7.79%，持有股份權益變動已達5%。
