台灣《蘋果日報》將分批遣散140人
壹傳媒(00282.HK)旗下台灣《蘋果日報》今日(22日)起將分批遣散約140名員工,裁員比率約13%。涉及數碼及紙媒編輯部共65人,業務及行政部門約75人。
編輯部的裁員方向,主要是調整地方新聞的傳統做法,未來將更專注調查採訪、重要社會新聞及專題製作。該報稱,因受到新冠疫情影響,廣告收入銳減,台灣營運虧損,不得不忍痛裁員。
該報強調,雖然台灣訂閱制環境仍未成熟,推動不易,但仍會繼續推動,並持續改善服務品質。
